This process adopts a triple effect downstream flow process. Due to the crystallization of potassium sulfate during evaporation, a forced circulation evaporator with strong anti-scarring ability is used, and the heat exchange tube is Φ57. Considering the corrosiveness of potassium sulfate, it is recommended to use 0Cr18Ni9 for the equipment material.
Material flow direction: The material first enters the exhaust gas preheater for preheating, then enters the first-effect heating chamber for evaporation and concentration, and then enters the first-effect separation chamber for vapor-liquid separation. After the solution is concentrated to a certain concentration in the first-effect cycle, it enters the second-effect heating chamber, the second-effect separation chamber, and the triple effect heating chamber, the triple effect separation chamber in turn. After evaporation and concentration crystallization, it is discharged by the triple effect discharge pump and enters the next process for solid-liquid separation. The separated mother liquid enters the raw material pool and is sent to the evaporation system together with the raw materials.
Flow direction of steam and condensate: raw steam and some secondary steam generated in the first effect enter the shell side of the first effect heating chamber after pressure reduction by the heat pump, and the condensed water enters the shell side of the second effect heating chamber. After flashing out some steam, it merges with the second effect condensate water. The remaining secondary steam from the first effect enters the shell side of the second effect heating chamber, and the condensed water after condensation enters the shell side of the triple effect heating chamber. After flashing out some steam, it merges with the triple effect condensed water. The secondary steam generated in the second effect enters the shell side of the triple effect heating chamber, and the condensed water enters the condensed water tank after condensation. The secondary steam generated by the triple effect enters the exhaust gas preheater to preheat the raw material, and the uncondensed secondary steam enters the indirect condenser for condensation. The condensed water enters the condensed water tank. The water in the condensate tank is discharged through the condensate pump. The non-condensable gas is extracted by the vacuum pump and discharged into the atmosphere.
