The initial concentration of calcium chloride is about 18%. Firstly, the calcium chloride aqueous solution is transported to the double effect evaporator of the double effect falling film evaporation system for preheating, concentration and evaporation. The feed liquid then enters the first effect evaporator for evaporation and concentration to about 45% -50%. It is discharged to the single effect natural circulation evaporation system for further evaporation and concentration to about 70% -74%. Finally, the concentrated liquid is transported to the crystallization slicer for cooling and slicing. After being crushed, the solid dihydrate calcium chloride enters the drying system for drying and dehydration, and the finished calcium chloride product is quantitatively packaged.
