The solubility of sodium nitrate varies greatly with temperature, and countercurrent evaporation is often used in the process. When sodium nitrate solution is evaporated and concentrated, no crystals appear in the solution, so an efficient falling film evaporation method is used. Depending on the processing or evaporation capacity of the solution, single effect or multi effect falling film evaporation can be selected for countercurrent operation. During crystallization, the solution is discharged at high temperature and then enters the flash cooling crystallizer to crystallize salt. The crystallization of salt is carried out by controlling the operating environment of the crystallization solution, without the need for an external cooler for cooling operation.
