Ammonium chloride specialized evaporators are mainly divided into single effect falling film, double effect falling film, triple effect falling film, and falling film with heat pump.
The falling film evaporator has the advantages of short residence time of materials in the equipment, high concentration of materials on the heat transfer surface from low to high, high heat transfer coefficient, low heating temperature, and no damage to ammonium chloride caused by high-temperature evaporation. The use of this process for ammonium chloride evaporation can not only improve product quality, but also save energy, reduce production costs, and increase economic benefits.
Select titanium or non-metallic materials that are resistant to chloride ion corrosion based on their corrosiveness. The discharge concentration of the evaporator reaches supersaturation with crystal discharge, which greatly improves the evaporation efficiency. The discharged material can be directly sent to the centrifuge or subjected to a crystallizer to precipitate more crystals before being sent to the centrifuge. The mother liquid is then concentrated in the evaporator, and the evaporated solvent can be recycled and reused. This equipment operates under vacuum and low temperature conditions, with characteristics such as fast liquid flow rate, fast evaporation, and low fouling.
